- The nearest mainline station is Brighton. Accessible taxi services are available from the stations.
- A bus stop is located 100yards away to the City centre with connections to other parts of the city and nearby towns.
Car Parking and Arrival
- On street car parking is available in the Streets around the hotel. Vouchers are available under the council approved scheme from reception.
- There is no parking at the hotel itself.
Main Entrance / Reception / Welcome Area
- The main entrance is accessed by 5 steps which lead to the reception area
- There is a hand rail
- Reception is well lit and assistance can be given with registration
- A lift is available to from the reception area to all floors with the esception of the basement
- Seating is available in the adjacent bar

- Rooms are situated on first floors or higher
- There are no ground floor rooms
- Rooms vary in size, but are generally spacious
Bathrooms, Shower-rooms and Toilets
- The majority of bathrooms are well equipped and can offer showering facilities
- Grab rails are fitted to some rooms (please request)
Public Areas – Halls, Stairs, Landings, Corridors
- Corridors are lit by light sensors
- All hallways within the hotel corridors are carpeted. Te bar and nightclub all have non slip wooden florring
- Lifts access is avaialble to floors 1, 2, 3 and 4, some rooms are located near the lift
Public Areas – Reception & Lobbies
- Reception leads to a lounge, bar/breakfast room
- The bar is equipped with a range of bench seating and chairs
- Lighting is by artificial and natural daylight
Bar & Terrace area
- The Bar and Terrace are accessed via 5 steps from street level. Disabled ramped access is available from Margaret Street
- Meals can be served on request in the bar or terrace
- The bar is well lit with both artificial and natural daylight
- The Terrace is acceded via the bar
Public Toilets
- Both ladies and gents toilets are accessible on the ground floor
- A separate disabled toilet is available
